Client Found Not Guilty at Jury Trial!!!!

In the Springville Justice Court I was able to prove a client’s innocence for a falsely charged theft. I argued the case to the jury, shared all the facts, tore apart the City’s witnesses, and showed how my client was innocent. Thank goodness the jury saw it that way too! I was able to use my experience in the courtroom to “captivate the jury” (according to my client’s review) and help them see what the truth was. This is why I still practice criminal law. If you or anyone you know is facing a charge they don’t deserve, call me or give them my number. You don’t have to take the deal from the prosecutor if you are innocent. I will fight for you! (And win!)
