DO YOU HAVE A WILL?

Why not?  Because you don't know how to start?  Because you're not sure you need one?  You don't know.  There are a lot of answers to this question.  

If you have kids, you need a will.  Who will take care of them if you pass away?  If you have a will, you get to decide that.  Who will manage their money?  Will they get it at 18 and waste it on video games and junk food?  If you leave a will, you can control that outcome.

If you have property, you need to do something to make sure it goes where you want it to, not where some judge decides it goes.  If you have a bank account without a survivor, a will can help the bank to use the money there to take care of things.  All you need to do is sit with a Utah Wills Attorney to get exactly what you want to happen implemented after you pass.
