Whenever I go to court, I see some of the same faces, but there are very few of us that I see all around the State.  Today I was in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County Court, Provo, and Tooele, to say nothing of the hundreds of times I have been in Third District Court in downtown Salt Lake and West Jordan.  If you have a criminal case anywhere, you want someone who has been there, or has traveled enough that appearing there creates no distractions or problems for them and they can effectively advocate for you, no matter who the judge is.  There are a lot of remote justice courts that you can end up in, like Sunset, Clearfield, Nephi, or even Mantua (come on, we have all had a speeding ticket on the way to Logan, or some remote spot . . .)  The point is to hire a lawyer who is experienced enough, and widely known enough to get the job done.  I have been serving ALL of Utah for ten years.  I can help you, no matter where you are charged.
